ticket was raised on *rd July but its over * month, no resolution . Similar ticket was raised in Dec ****, ticket got closed without resolution then again feb ** ticket was raised but no resolution . Mail sent to Appellate as well as Nodal officer but they were not able to resolve the issue and only harassing the customer by saying we are looking into the issue.
they threaten to disconnect the connection if bills not paid. **-*************
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
