We had purchased a data card of Airtel for few months it was running properly and we had paid bill regularly after few months network issues came we made a complaint but there was no action taken from Airtel and dongle was not working.
After repeatedly calling in customer care still no action was taken by them always they used to say in this area network issues are there and we were not able to use.
Henceforth we stopped paying the bill as we were not getting services and now they are harassing us by calling and saying pay the bills.
Just received a call from this number and harassing us.
Can u help us y they dint did anything when we complained that we are not getting the network?
