MRINAL filed complaint against Airtel on Jun 21, 2018
i have been using airtel *g hotspot but from last *week i have been facing seriouse network issues in my location. i visited airtel store twice and called to customer care also number of times but my complain doesnt get resolved. everytime they ends up being sorry and assures to get problem resolved but puts up
my issue no where in their priority. so finally i mailed to the nodal officer of my state from where i didnt recived any response for the next ** hrs.finally they called me with all their sorries and assurance that they will look into this, but finally nothing happend and my issue still exits.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
