Prakash Chandra Rath filed complaint against Airtel on Sep 5, 2019
Suffered from network fluctuating each min.at my home location.
Voice calling break down merely every time.internet was like dancing toy like *g,*g,*g changing in every minute,not a constant network, though internet not able to be used any more.if emergency then went to top roof to avail network for internet.
Complaint to airtel customer care many times but in vain.
And they deined to provide SR no regarding my complaint.
Help me out of this
Why i am paid same amount as same as where they provide best network in same amount in other areas.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
