I am using this sim for * years. i have got this by submitting my voter id and pic. it was working well and i also replaced sim from *g to *g by showing my documents. Now i have recharged for ***/- and my sim suddenly stopped working. i tried everything then went to airtel store and came to know that my sim is not my sim. they have added a extra L after my name. since its prepaid, ownership cant be changed. I have to move to postpaid and keep it for * months minimum also pay ***/- activation charge. Also my recharge of ***/- will be forfeited. i have two question.. why do i have to pay for something that was not my mistake at the first place? also if my documents were not mine, then how could they give me my *g sim then and now denying to replace it saying its not my name. of course its not in my name because of you airtel. I want this mistake from your end to be rectified by you. i do not deserve this harassment or loss of money. If not solved, i will move to consumers forum. Because what you are saying is absolutely nonsense and that is abuse of customer trust.
