Airtel - Airtel is not resolving network issue

Airtel is not resolving network issue. From * years there is network issue in airtel

Below issue is for my Prepaid mobile number - **********, from Rajasthan (******)

. I have complained many times, it works for few days after so many complaints but again after few days issue comes again. Some time it show only * point network bar or sometime all network goes, I recharge ***₹ forn ** days. And I can't use it fully,then why i getting charged.?

All the time they says - "there is a site upgradtion going on in ur area."
They r saying this from last * years.

I don't want my all recharge money, but alleast give me my * last recharge money.

P. S - I tweeted TRAI , but they are not helping.
