Vishal Abrol filed complaint against Airtel on May 17, 2018
i have the airtel internet tv with customer id : **********.
i raised a complaint for the setup box issue on *th of may.
today is **th of may and no one has even bothered to visit to have a look into the issue.
i called customer care almost * times during this period but all in vain.
the customer care executives say the technician will visit tomorrow.
i am still waiting for that "tomorrow" to come !
the biggest problem is no one in the entire support system makes sure
that technician visits the customer. they just raise a complaint, provide the
reference for the same. in best case, the field manager will give a false assurance
that technician will visit today and same goes on for days. literally no one ensures
whether the technician visists or not. once technician called and tried to fix the issue
remotely . when he failed to do so, he too gave a flase assurance that
techincian will visit tomorrow. is that the way your technicians work ? i am really surprised.
i have not faced issue with any of the other airtel services
but i am really frustrated this time with the dth support service.
there is definitely one thing, either you guys are taking your customers for granted
or there is a lack of techincians/man power to handle such issues.
the irony is that even the field managers are not telling the exact truth and
have turned so shameless that they are giving false excuses on every single day
instead of getting the issue fixed.
