Biswajit James Paul Gayen filed complaint against Airtel on Oct 6, 2023
I have paid for Airtel Fiber connection on **th September and still now its not activated. I have asked to refund back the money as well but the Airtel has not refunded the money also. The agent Pritam has stopped answering my call and he is the one who took the payment. I have send the mail to Airtel customer service still no resolution of my complain or request of refunding back my money. As the agent is aware I do not leave in Kolkata all the time that is why he is not taking this complain as granted.
