I applied fastag for my car from AIRTEL THANKS APP on **/**/****. They assured that it will reach you within ** working days. I waited for that time. Today **/**/****, ** days are over. They didn't send the fastag to me. I continuously, sending mails to wecare@airtel.in, but no response no proper support from them, they are simply forwarding copy paste messages that we will call you like that. They didn't call me, they are just mentioning some time and date, we tried calling you, the call was unsuccessful. But that mentioned time, I didn't receive any calls, I can show my mobile screenshot. I tried their customer support too, but only recorded voice, I couldn't contact their customer support team... I am really tired of sending mails to them. Don't buy anything from Airtel even sim, anything... Totally worst service.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
