I am using Airtel post paid service from * years. After feeling frustrated I decided to raise a complaint with Airtel in September ****. Response was "Signal is good in the reported area" without any survey. My frustration reached peaks and I sent a email to Airtel CEO, then the response changed to "As per our survey, network coverage is not adiquent in your area, network upgradation is required and this will take from ** days to *** days". After this reply I stopped following up. In **** again I raised a complaint and asked the status of the previous complaint, Airtel just deleted the previous complaint from their system and they were totally speechless after I showed a proof of the complaint in the email. Despite chasing these people and including TRAI, I am not seeing any improvement. Monthly i am paying ****+ towards fees. I am loosing my business, my calm and frustrated because of this.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
