I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Airtel Broadband. I recently requested to reactivate my broadband connection, which was deactivated in December **** after full and final settlement. Despite repeated calls to your customer service, I am disappointed to report that my connection has not been reactivated yet.
Furthermore, I was informed by a supervisor from your team that the connection needs to be reactivated at the previous location before a shifting request can be made to a new place. This is not only illogical but also extremely inconvenient for me.
I have been a loyal customer of Airtel for several years and I have never experienced such poor service. I expect that my connection be reactivated immediately and without any further delays.
Please be advised that I am highly dissatisfied with the service I have received so far and I expect prompt and efficient resolution of my issue. I would like to hear back from you as soon as possible.
