I have paid rs. **** for * months Airtel Fibrenet connection on **/**/**** but the connection has not been setup till date and the contact person Pooja has not picked the call even after these many days as she and her supervisor assured that the connection will be given within ** hrs. Now her phone ********** is switched off. I've sent multiple emails on *** and though it got read multiple times, no one has responded back. I was forced to get local cable operators connection and asked for a refund from Airtel....
