I have requested for poring from airtel to Jio as i know that before porting its required to pay my all the outstandings. My current bill was *** rs but i paid *** rs on **st of Nov ****, as on today that is **th of Nov **** still the airtel operator are saying that the bill is in process, this is just to avoid my porting request and to stop my port out.
Kindly look into the matter.
