recently i wanted to shift from post-paid to pre-paid and visited airtel store at chalakkudy (address: supreme tower, service rd, chalakudy, kerala ******) on **st october, **** and provided the application with my adhar card copy and paid the due amount. they have provided new sim and told the needful will happen in *-* days. but it is not done yet (even on *th december, ****). upon inquiring they have told some internal issue and told this will be done soon. i have escalated this to appellate.ker@in.airtel.com,
