Yatra Com - Airplane tickets refund changes not done

Hi,
My airplane tickets for USA (Chicago) was schedule on **th march ****, but due to coronovirus pandemic, this flight was cancelled by airplane operator eithad.
Now, as i come to know about the cancellation , i have tried to cancel my tickets from **th of march so that i can get my refund back, but yatra app do not allowed me for any cancellation nor any modification as the app and website shows error when i entered my booking sections
Also, I have tried them to contact via emails, but they are very lazy in responding the mail and also they are not giving the right solution to my problem
Also, i have asked them multiple time to call me back on my numbers also mentioned the number in mail but still phone not received from yatra.com
After Multiple trying and emails, still mt Rs ******* is stacked with yatra and not able to recover, resulting into financial problems and mental pressure
Need to resolve following ASAP
*.Need to know about the refun status as already date had been passed for travelling
*.When will be my booking section error will go
*.how would i be able to claim money
