I booked a non refundable international flight ticket on british airways through yatra.com, due to the current covid scenario where airlines are unable to fly ,I checked my yatra online account and it was showing me full refund upon cancellation. When I went ahead and cancelled, they deducted the cancellation charges of ***** rs.
I think there is a bug in the system that they are not willing to acknowledge. this Is evidenced by the fact that the cancellation email sent has wrong amounts, hence I want to sue them
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
