My family booked the ticket from Cochin to Delhi on * July , PNR- T**JVQ. We are not in a situation to travel as there are elderly parents and a kid of * year old and are prone to contracting the corona virus. Request you to create a credit shell for the said amount and we will book again in the near future when situation gets better.
