the online booking was done on **th sept ****. but it has been more than ** hrs still PNR isn't generated for the booking inspite of complete payment.
The worst part is no one is reachable at via.com either on the customer care number (***-********) nor on the email id (care@via.com). me an day family have been consistently trying to contact them for the last * days , but no success till now. They have not responded to any of our email yet. This has caused a lot of mental harassment to us.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
