We have booked flight from bangalore to PHU quoc with booking id:K*PF*F on sep** ****.my husband and myself had booked to and fro tickets . First we tried via chatbo which there is no proper response. There is no proper **x* hotline support and email. Due to personal emergency we were not able to travel that week, we asked to reschdeule or postpone the flight to * weeks to later, there is no proper response from support team or customer care. This amount is not small to let it go. we request for refund .As this was my first international trip, we did savings for this , but we could not make it. As middle class, we have no intention of missing flight or cancelling the vacation wantedly.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
