air asia airlines - AirAsia Airlines has refunded the amount to Paytm but Paytm hasn t from last 4 months

* flight bookings were done in the month of April ****. For which initially credit amount was done in Air Asia. Then Air Asia refunded the amount to Paytm in January and from then Paytm is continuously giving me reasons that the amount transaction is getting failed please provide account details again and again. Rest all other transactions are going smoothly in my account. Everytime I call I just get one reason that the payment will be done within *-** working days. It's been * months now I haven't received a penny yet.
