The total amount of Rs.*,***/-(Rupees Seven Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Only) for booking the Air Ticket and after paying same to MAKEMYTRIP.COM VIDE, booking reference: L*TUWJ

That it is pertinent to mentioned that the flights got cancelled by your operator due to covid-** and again rescheduled the date on ** OCT, **** though due to pandemic situation the aforesaid flight got cancelled and for the same your aforesaid organization inform my client to rescheduled the flight but due to the future evolution my client decided to not to use the aforesaid flight and raise o the refund over the telephonic conversation but in response you organization refuse to refund the amount without any cogent ground.
