Clear Trip - Air ticket refund not received even after more than one month

On **/**/**, I have cancelled air ticket from Mumbai to Kochi of which cancellation & refund done by Go Air to Clear trip on the same day. But even after more than one month & with a number of telephonic follow-ups, the Clear trip has not yet refunded my amount.
Please look into the same & help me on refund of my amount at the earliest.
