My Booking Reference is NN************* (PNR/Booking Reference: OGFH*C
Partner's PNR/Booking Reference: RAZM*Z ). Indigo has cancelled their flights due to Covid-** and refunded the full amount to MMT on **th March. I have mail confirmation from Indigo Airlines and the same was forwarded to MMT. We received confirmation from MMT that full refund will be credited to my account used for booking within **st March **** latest! I also have text confirmation from MMT confirming refund has been processed and amount will be credited to the account used for payment. I waited till **st march but when i received no refund i tried reaching MMT to no avail. It felt like a vicious cycle where no one is available to help! The chat box is completely useless! Could not get through to any executive to talk on the customer care contact. All the multiple mails that i sent regarding my booking and issue about the refund was responded with auto generated emails in return by MMT. Then my MMT account was updated telling it will take ** more days to process the refund. Now suddenly i receive mail regarding my refund, which will be held as credit shell/voucher with ridiculous terms.
I need immediate refund back to my account which was used for booking as my date of travel has already passed.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
