PayTM - Air Ticket not received and money debited

I booked an air ticket from Hyderabad to Bangalore through PAYTM APP and did transaction on *th June ****, money got debited from account instantly I couldn't check the ticket on same day as I was busy, next day when I went to airport I dint received any message or Email from PAYTM and I missed my flight as well.

when i spoke to customer care they said the transaction was not done from bank, I have cross checked the bank and took statement and submitted to paytm ,after two months of follow ups know they come up with statement that they successfully sent the msg and mail to me which was not done at all.

so I am looking forward for help from voxya to solve this issue.
