Haier india - Air conditioner not working well since purchased

We purchased ac of Haier on August ****. It did work for a week only and caused problem.After resolution again next year inception problems again occured. AC did not worked for ** days. A number of times company representative come but all in vain. Finally ac worked in august **** for **-** days and again in starting **** may, it did not worked. Company representatives visited and told that upto certain degree of temperature ac stops working after compliant they temporary resolved the problem but now from **th June ac is not working .we feel looted by company more than ** complaints are lodged on company site and **** times to dealer and company region service manager
