I had made a advance booking for airaisa via PNR NZMURJ

Issued Date : Thu ** Sep ****
Flight for Amritsar to Kuala lumpur and Back and paid the amount as below of Rs **,*** (fifty one thousand five hundred forty four only)
Due to COVID ** the flights were cancelled from airasia as there was complete lockdown in India and Kuala lumpur
There support system is pathetic and no clarity or updates were provided by them, they had information given on website that all covid ** affected flights were entitled either for refund or credit which can be utilized for future travel
They do not give any support and have a virtual bot where we can't even discuss.
I had contacted my agent and he updated me that airasia has denied to provide the refund or credit for the same.
It is not my fault and it was due to covid** and that also airasia had themselves cancelled the flights
I request you to take suitable action against the airline which has done fraud by not refunding the amount or giving me credit and provide me the relief at the earliest.
