Booked a Hotel through Agoda.com, we tried to book a sea plane to reach the hotel. On informing the hotel, Hotel rejected our booking, sayings its an invalid booking. They asked us to rebook the hotel at Rs.****** more than the current booking. On contacting back to Agoda, we are yet to get any feedback from customer service.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
