Siddharth filed complaint against Agoda on Dec 28, 2022
We booked a property on Agoda.com a month ago for *st of Jan.
Payment was supposed to be deducted on **th Dec.
We called the property on **th dec to enquire about something and got to know that property owner doesn't take bookings from Agoda.
When we called customer care, the lady asked me to cancel the booking and rebook another property (other properties have become too costly now because only *-* days are left in our visit)
When I asked to speak with supervisor, lady hung up the call very rudely.
I didn't want to call back because it took me ** minutes to get in touch with someone.
Question is who is going to pay for this loss as all the hotels have become so costly now.
