Agoda - Agoda Frozen price for same room property with same email Id

I was booking hotel through Agoda and I have opt freeze price for my property in Gandhinagar,Gujarat.
First time I freezed price with x amount which got debited from my account with for e.g. abz email id
Second Time by unknowingly, my family member also freezed price for same property with y amount with same abz email id
How can they allow to freeze price multiple times with same registered email id
Annd now when I select to book room.on frozen price.with y amount then they always show x amount
How will refund come to me for y amount that is additionaly paid to them
