Just wanted to bring to your notice that the hotel demanded extra RS **** from the guest saying that they will not honour the Agoda booking rate.
Very disappointing as well as embarassing since this is is the first time I booked with Agoda. Hope you can speak with the hotel and ensure that the Agoda booking is honoured.
Please do the right thing .
