Above are the booking details for * adults & * children for * rooms for stay of * nights.

Trusting this conformation i travelled all the way from delhi to rishikesh & then rishikesh to chamba.
along with my wife , child(*.*yrs) & parents who are senior citizen.
Once i reach the hotel i got to know they are having dispute with agoda due to which they are not allowing check-in for passengers coming via agoda.
At same instance i called Agoda customer care & person named Alexander assured me that they will resolve issue & call me back after **mins. we waited for more then a hour & then again called this time some lady picked up call from agoda care & again assured of solution & call back but no body responded me back. i waited for * hours along with my family outside hotel in extreme cold conditions. my mother was suffering from motion sickness & high BP my child was dizzy.
Since i was not getting any response in the end i had to check in another hotel after check-in another hotel i called them back for refund & compensation.

I do received refund but nothing in front of compensation.
Our purpose of visit was my wife's Phd. final submission viva, this was such a big day for us but agoda's poor service & unethical business behavior not only impacted my wife's preparation but also my mothers health she suffered through out night due to cold & fever.

No body from Agoda at own called us & apologies from there deeds. it was there duty to call us immediately & help us to find another accommodation. but instead i have to call every time.

Only i know how badly we suffered that night with my parents & kid.

I hope these details are good enough for Voxya team to help me for filing a compensation from agoda
