Reliance smart point store - After paying money Shop cashier didn t gave the receipt and purchased grocery

This is kanhaiya Kumar, today I went reliance smart point nawada I bought a grocery from store and I paid through my Sodexo card amount is ****.** I got a message that you paid to smart point nawada I have transaction code ****** But they said that they didn't received the amount it will refund.it is very disoointed becouse of knowledge less worker or employe after showing a message or transaction I'd they didn't give me my purchase grocery.
Kindly request you to all please check with my transaction code ****** and why they deducted money from my card and didn't give me purchased grocery
Kindly do the needful ASAP.
