Makemytrip - After buying zero cancellation plan i didn t get the full refund

I have cancelled my flight from sarjah to new delhi on **october the refund i get in my account is only ****rupees but i already add the zero cancellation plan for ***% refund for cancellation made before **hours before departure but i didn't get the full refund. I contacted customer care on ***ctober they told me that it is in calculation process you will get the refund on the next **hours but when i get only ****rupees after taking zero cancellation plan i contacted again to customer support she told that iam not eligible for any extra refund.
Iam feeling myself cheated.
