on **th Sept, **** i transect **** rs(order Id - od******************) for flipkart gift vouchers through phone pe. it was successful from phonepe end( on Sat, ** oct **** at *:** pm, phonepe support wrote: hi priyanka, Ttank you for contacting phonepe! Regarding your recent request, Ticket No: ********, we would like to inform you that, we have received a confirmation that your transaction (transaction id: p**********************) of ₹ **** with flipkart is successful with the merchant order id(tx******************). but failed from flipkart end.
and after so many conversation from last * months their is no resolution. even now when i call flipkart customer care, they said they can't even find such order id or incident id(in*******************). After so many purchases and being a flipkart plus member,i am so much offended. can't expect this kind of customer support flipkart. i can attach only * file so attaching phone pay transection details, if more details required please provide me link so that I can provide more files.
