Nestaway Technologies Private Limited - Advance amount not refunded after Vacating Rental House

I left my rental house on **th May'****. I have still not received my Advance amount paid to Nestaway. When I left the house, Area manager confirmed complete refund as no damage done and also confirmed same by Nestaway representative too. But Now its over * months, not a single penny is refunded back to me. There is no point of contact and no response on online platforms too.
There is no where to take our grievance, we need help to get our money back in this difficult times.
Please help us get out refund back.
