I was told to pay an advance amount of **** to reserve a room in a pg. I had asked if I don't like the pg, is the advance amount refundable and I was told yes. Now when I have asking for the refund after canceling my booking, they are saying it is against their policy to refund. There is no .right number where we can connect and talk to them.
Now I have been told to write to refunds@coliv.com with proof that I was told the advance amount is refundable.
I have all the proofs but don't know how to send them.
