PayTM - Add money failed to PayTM Wallet

I have tried adding money to my paytm wallet on **rdAug ****. Some how the transaction was failed and money is deducted from my bank account, but not credited to paytm wallet. After raising the complain to both (hdfc Bank and paytm) they asked me to wait. I waited for more than a month but money was not credited nor refunded back to my account. Both of the parties have closed there ticket saying its not there fault. I have done so many followup but its in vein. Now almost * months are approaching i am fighting for my hard earned money to be refunded back. Both cc are pathetic, and mostly paytm cc people are ill treating there customers. They dont even know how to talk to customer. Attaching the order snapshot of paytm transaction. I have more evidence from bank CC, where they are claiming its not there fault. However paytm never given anything in written only verbally they inform the same.
