Chaitanya Narasimha filed complaint against Act Fibernet on Aug 30, 2019
Currently reciding in Nallagandla HUDA Layout in Serilingampally Hyderabad. I am raising this grieviance against the ACT Fiber Net as I am not getting the services even after i have paid the amount in full.
I have raised a request with ACT Fiber Net team that I want shift my net services to new location i.e. from Kothapet, Dilshuknagar Hyderabad to Nallagandla, Serilingampally Hyderabad on **-Aug-**** bearing request ID# SR************** after which feasibility study was done and they have informed me that the connection is feasible, the old location port will be disabled and the new port will be enabled in * days time, but still this has not been solved and i am with no internet from last * days even after paying the money. I have called the ACT Customer Support team at least ** times and every time they have informed me that it will be resolved in next ** Hrs and you will get a call regarding the same. The customer support team has also informed me that usually this should be fixed in * days and max * days but as it is already * days and still the net connection is not enabled at my new location Nallagandla.
I have also tried to contact the Nodal office no# ***-******** and every time it is just says busy, i have tried it the whole day yesterday from afternoon till today morning. I have also dropped email to Nodal office email(nodalofficer.hyd@actcorp.in) and act appellate authority(appellate.authorityhyd@actcorp.in) yesterday evening still i haven't received any call or reply from them. I have paid the whole amount without any delay and they provide this kind of worst service.
Please help me in my case as i am unable to do anything as in today's world without internet nothing works.
