Paytm has activated postpaid services without my consent & knowledge and Paytm has also charged me late charges and convenience charges total amount of Rs ****.**. I tried to contact Paytm company customer care different ways for clarification but i didn't get response from Paytm side.i had raised a complaint against Paytm via Twitter by which I received a fraud call telling that he is representative from Paytm and he called to resolve my issues & by which he had swapped money from me additional I lost Rs **** via online transaction called mobikwik. Again the fraud person tried to swap money from me Rs. ***** through qwikcilver. The fraud call transaction happened on **-Oct-**** at **:**:** by which I received a call from number posted on Twitter ****-***-****. Due to careless customer service by Paytm i lost total amount of Rs **,***.** for which Paytm is liable to pay me with penalty interest.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
