Hi Team,
I have applied for new connection on June **th ****. I didnt get any update till * week. I called them and asked for an update and there was update from there end. I have requested to raise a refund and cancel the installation. This was raised on June **nd **** and i was told i will be refunded after ** days of process/working days. Today(july **th ****) i called to the status and got update that still they didnt raised the request for refund. Very bad service. Requesting you to take an action on such Organizations. Thanks.
