I am facing internet issues since * months. I given the complaint also ** to ** days. They are unable to resovle the issue and requested to cancel the connection and refund money back. They manager Mr. Kiran from ACT Corp called me assured. Since **days he wasnt able to provide the solution. I paid ***** as prepaid charges.
When i request for refund they are not doing. They unable to resolve the issue. Not responding to mails.
