Hey from the last * days I was not able to login to my Flipkart account and I had to replace a phone I had recently booked as it was having some heating issue. The return window was till yesterday. I called them * days back stating the entire issue and they told me resolution would be provided. Now today they say as a seller has told I brought a product for reselling( I had brought it for my friend and regarding that I had called and chatted with Flipkart executives if my account would be affected in any way if I order for some one and they told there is no problem in that) so they are closing my account permenantly. I have two active prepaid orders and one order which got cancelled and all three were brought from gift card present in that Flipkart account and refund would be made there itself. Then I have brought * different phone one for me and one for my cousin. The cousins phone is the one I need to replace and both these have * year and ** months warranty left both of which could be claimed only through invoice of Flipkart. Then with respect to Flipkart's new coin policy I have around **+ coins in my account that could be used to claim ****+ worth products.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
