Some one placed an order from my amazon account from Germany and my Amazon accopunt has put on hold for * months and I have called customer service many times and everytime they say to wait for ** hours and some one will call me. No once called me anytime. I have upto ****rs pay balance in my account and I want my pay balance back to me. They are not removing my account from hold and saying all bullish responses to me. My account id is **********.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
