Hi,
I had asked Paytm customer care to delete my account.
I got a reply saying they cannot delete and instead they will block the account.
Why can't a customer have his own privacy to delete his account.
Please register this complaint and ask to delete customer account.
These people should be heavily fined for this.
Customer should have an option to opt out of service and delete his own account for security reasons.
This is causing me mental trauma.
Please take action against this company and need compassion
