Nataraj HS filed complaint against Tata Cliq on Oct 1, 2021
Someone else logs into my Tata Cliq account and places an order for himself by using the Tata Cliq cash present in my account, the order is placed for Maharashtra whereas i am based in Karnataka.
On complaining to Tata Cliq they have no other resolution except asking me to change password...they call multiple times in a day and none of the agents is aware of the situation they just keep asking me to repeat myself.
After losing money now i have to face harrassment from these di wit agents, who have no resolution at all, this is a serious data breach on their website and what if someone had stored their card details on the website the hacker could easily cause a major loss to any customer.
Tata Cliq needs to enhance security on their website it is very disheartening to see such a big company not take such online website hacker threats in a more diligent and cautious manner.
