Eatsure Food Delivery App - Account got suspended After complaining about the food

I have ordered food from EATSURE and they just delivered me uncooked chicken food that is not even eatable I already paid them my hard earned money for food. I just told them to replace my order or else to return my money back to me.after that they just suspended my account straight away and they also blocked my money also of amount *** that is surepoints of *****.i already requested them a lot to reactivate my account so that I can utilize my money (surepoints) or else u can initiate my amount into my bank account manually..but company people straight away denied of doing it..they straight away telling me that we cannot help u with this..I kindly request you pls sir/mam help me to get my money back to me that is surepoints..pls .I am struggling since a weak to get my money back to me.pls help me with this.thank you.
