Nidhi gupta filed complaint against Myntra on Jun 21, 2022
During their EORS Sale i brought apparels worth **k+ in two orders on ** and ** june. After shipment of the order when i tried to return some of these as of size and some for quality issues i found that i was unable to login. Login OTP was not being received and it showed that my acct is reactive due to security reasons contact customer care.
Upon contacting them they raised the issue and gave a date of **nd to resolve. On **nd they mailed me that my acct was blocked. I tried to contacting them again on call and demanded to talk to the supervisor as the person kept telling me like a bot that the acct is blocked for any of my query his answer remained same.
The supervisor after keeping me on hold for more than ** mins responded in a unique way to say that he is disconnecting the call as of no reply from our side (pretending he doesn't listen to us) while kept yelling on this side. The amount of drama and the non sense music i heard for a hour and more made me kinda deaf but i still kept yelling.
Now, i am blocked they want us to just keep their dead sale stocks and be done with it. Many of the orders are still in shipment and with i being trusting the brand myntra ....had ordered multiple colors of some of the apparels. And now i am stuck with it. They have not reached me. I cant return or ever replace them. I have just too many clothes as i had just loaded my t-shirt section from their collection. Being a big buying customer at myntra paid me just so bad.
I kept thinking of the song they played for us while making us wait on-call...something about a girl in the dilemma if she should buy and try this or that.!
Damn girl. go to a mall. your buy and try is not at all on myntra. It will be nothing but a disaster and mental harassment and financial fraud.
