Since * Months I can see that My Makemytrip account has been blocked. i.e When ever I try to make any booking it goes till payments but after that it do not allow for payment. I raised this concern from MMT care, and there response is like from my account there was misuse of vouchers. Further details they are not giving and they are keeping me blocked for ever. No further details are being given by them. I have been using all the vouchers properly and never misused it any time.
I want to unblock my account if my misuse is not known to me.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
