I have made a purchase of nearly Rs. *,**,*** during their eors sale. When I wanted to return some of the products back Myntra blocked my account and the timeline to return is finishing. So I called them a number of times and emailed them. I got a reply that they won't unblock my account as I breached their online policies. I do not understand that I have always been a regular customer and making prepaid purchases which online policies have I breached. I need to return the products which are not the right quality and some which don't fit me. I am losing alot of my money here if they don't unblock my account and accept my return. Please look into this matter or I will go to the court as it is not a small amount.
