I wanted to bring to your attention that I have received an email from flipkart couple of days back out of the blue mentioning that my account has been blocked owing to unusually high number of returns.
Firstly, no warning was given to me and I have no way to figure out that I should not be returning a product if I don’t like it or if it doesn’t fit me.
Further, there were return requests in the accepted state for the following orders before my account was blocked. I would like to return these products and get my money back as soon as possible as these requests were placed and in accepted state before the account was blocked and were duly accepted by Flipkart/seller.
Here are the order details for which the return and refund is pending:

Please help me with the return and refund of above orders as I don’t want these products in these orders and have already placed the return requests which were approved as well. . Further, please either mention the number of returns I’ve can make or at least give a few days of time to deal with issues of existing orders.
Request your help on the same as I tried reaching out to the customer care as well as their social media team and nobody is helping.
Looking for a prompt response and resolution to the same.
